Fredericksburg Blogger Trip

The Houston Blogger Babes took a trip to Fredericksburg, Texas, to shoot some content for our social media channels. It was the best time getting to bond with other bloggers and share creative ideas with each other. If you are thinking of taking a trip to Fredericksburg soon, I highly suggest it. Keep reading to see everything we did!

Where We Stayed

We stayed at the cutest little pink house in Fredericksburg called The Pink Haus. It is perfect for large groups, and all the rooms were decorated so cutely. We all loved how big and spacious it was, and we all enjoyed ending our evenings there together. I will definitely be back at this house for another girls' trip. It is also located super close to t\main street so it was an easy drive up the street to shop and eat.

We also had a super fun trip theme that we worked into the house as well. The theme of our trip was based on the movie Troop Beverly Hills, and we called ours Troop HTX Blogger Babes. We all got matching shirts from Design A Shirt, and they were so cute and fun to wear around town! If you are planning a family vacation or bachelorette and want fun tees, I highly suggest using them. It was so easy, and they shipped them super quickly.

Wineries We Visited

We visited 3 different wineries on our trip:

Signor Vineyards and Barons Creek are the top 2 places I always tell people to visit when staying in Fredericksburg. They are so picturesque, and the food and wine are always amazing. Signor Vineyards had super yummy frosé and gelato, and it literally felt like spring in Italy there. Signor Vineyards is my favorite one, and they have so many great places to snap a photo including in front of the wine barn and Joana's Market.

Barons Creek is another great picturesque winery, and the pizzas there are to die for. A heads up with Barons Creek is that tastings are by reservation for parties of 5 or more, and there isn't a lot of shade there, but it is great for large groups or families.

If you are going to Fredericksburg in the spring or summer, you definitely need to hit up Wild Seed Farms. Their fields of bluebonnets and wildflowers are unlike anything I have ever seen. It was so gorgeous, and it was great sipping on a peach bellini sunday while sitting among the flowers!

Other Things We Did

The main purpose of the trip was to connect with other Houston/Texas bloggers/content creators and to create content for our social media platforms. We created a lot of content and even did a workshop one night! We also shopped along main street and ate at some yummy places. Here are some more places worth checking out in Fredericksburg:

-Felt Boutique make an appointment in advance for their hat bar

-Buddy Love super cute clothing boutique

-Pasta Bella for dinner

-Kaffee Haus for coffee and pastries

-Hill Country Herb Garden the aesthetic was super cute, and the food was outstanding

We also had Allie, the owner of The Studio FBG come out Saturday evening and do permanent jewelry for all the girls. That night we did a pasta dinner at the house, and everyone got permanent bracelets and lounged around in their pj's and drank wine and cocktails. It was so fun having Allie at our house, and all the girls said it was the best evening. I highly suggest booking her for girls' trips or bachelorettes to have a keepsake from your memorable trip like we did.
