Walmart Try On

I know it is probably still freezing where you live because it has been especially cold in Lubbock, Texas lately. Since Christmas is over, I cannot resist the urge to start shopping for spring despite the temperature. I decided a few days ago to shop online at Walmart and I was pleasantly surprised with their cute clothing selections perfect for now and going into spring!

If you are like me and you have not shopped at Walmart in a long time, you are missing out and I will show you why. Walmart has started to take popular or designer items and make dupes that are significantly less in price. Essentially, if you like to be boujiee on a budget, Walmart is the place for you girlfriend! My favorite brands to shop at Walmart are Time and Tru and Scoop. I grabbed a ton of items from Walmart the other day that I think y'all will love for now and going into spring. I did grab a few pink options but I also grabbed some other colors as well if pink isn't your thing.

Time and Tru Bodysuit

I know everyone is always looking for cute and easy outfits to throw on every day and this is one of those outfits! Not only is this bodysuit only $8, comes in several colors, and is extremely comfy, it is also a great layering piece. I styled it above with a pair of straight-leg jeans, a hat, and some white chunky sneakers. To wear this bodysuit now, I suggest adding a cardigan or jacket over it.

Scoop Velvet Trim Dress

This dress is perfect for transitioning from winter to spring. The quality of this dress is exceptional and I love how it reminded me of a Free People Dress. This dress definitely runs true to size and I should have grabbed a small instead of a medium. I styled it with white booties, but if you want to dress it up, even more, I suggest a leather jacket and black booties!

Time and Tru Peplum Blouse

Feeling all the spring vibes in this cute gingham peplum top. If you have more of a feminine style, this top is perfect for you! This is a great top to wear now and it is never too early to break out the white jeans. I styled this top with white jeans and white mules, but you could always size up one in the top and wear it with leggings and sneakers.

Valentines Day is coming up which means it is time to start updating your wardrobe with date night-ready outfits! This $19 cami peplum top is the perfect top for a date night or girls' night out. I suggest adding a leather or suede jacket and some boots or heels to really spice up this outfit.

Scoop The Police Tour Graphic Tee

Since I am in college, I live in band tees and cute graphic tees to throw on over jeans or leggings. This Police graphic tee has a slight wash to it making it look a little worn and is super comfortable. Not to mention, $5! I styled it with leggings and a pink tweed shacket, but it would also be cute dressed up with jeans and a leather jacket and booties.

Scoop Womens Flutter Dress

I wanted to love this dress, but it just runs too long on me. I got a medium and I should have grabbed either an x-small or small. This dress is very flowy and stretchy so I recommend sizing it for length instead of going with your normal size. It is a very soft material and fits more like a t-shirt dress. If I had grabbed my right size for length, I would have loved this dress.

Scoop Women's Fringe Sweater

If you buy anything from this try-on, buy this sweater! I have seen this style of sweater all over boutique websites and it is only $12 at Walmart! Not to mention, it is the softest sweater ever (no I am not exaggerating). I styled this sweater with bootcut jeans and some booties, but would also be cute with white jeans or even a skirt!

Time and Tru Women's Eyelet Top

Since I am graduating college soon, I am trying to start incorporating work-appropriate tops into my wardrobe and this top is perfect. I always love eyelet lace and I just love the style of this top. The top does have holes in it so beware, you will have to pair it with a white cami underneath. I styled it with straight-leg jeans and white mules, but would be cute with a pair of colorful heels as well to add a little bit of a pop!
